#Atizapán, #Edoméx.- The mayors of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, of Cuautitlán Izcalli, Karla Leticia Fiesco García, and of Tlalnepantla de Baz, Marco Antonio Rodríguez Hurtado; and of Tlalnepantla de Baz, Marco Antonio Rodríguez Hurtado, as well as Rodolfo López Olvera, Secretary of the City Council of Nicolás Romero and representative of the Municipal President, Armando Navarrete López, presented the program of the International Festival of the Arts Atzán 2023 Intermunicipal Edition, which includes more than 150 artistic, cultural and gastronomic events in the four districts from March 24th to April 2nd.
The mayors met at the Zaragoza Theatre to unveil the line-up that announces top level events such as the presentation of the singer Emmanuel, who will open the festival on the night of the 24th of March on the stage set up next to the Municipal Palace of Atizapán de Zaragoza.
In a conversation between the President, the Municipal Presidents and the Secretary of the City Council, they highlighted the work that has been carried out since the beginning of their administrations in the areas of security and mobility and, now, in the area of culture to bring quality, free shows to the more than two million people that make up the most dynamic and booming area of the Valley of Mexico.
The Municipal President of Atizapán de Zaragoza, Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, highlighted that this first inter-municipal festival was created thanks to the sum of wills and a broad vision of government that makes the neighbourhood of the municipalities possible.
«It is a transcendental date that will mark the history of our municipalities as it is the first international Intermunicipal Festival; with this, we are joining forces. With these actions we are transcending, sowing the steps so that every day the municipalities see that we need to be interconnected.
